What MultipleSignerLists changes

A draft allowing multiple signer lists with authority scoped to particular transaction types, instead of one general multisigning list.

This is an editorially tracked proposal. A name in this catalog does not establish mainnet activation or support by current server software.

How to interpret the status

An enabled amendment changes consensus rules for the relevant transactions. A validator-majority entry is not the same as activation. A server release also does not enable every feature shipped in that release.

Absence from the returned ledger state cannot prove that server software lacks support. The read-only tool shows that limitation rather than guessing a status.
